About Giving

​We do believe that Biblically there is a precedent for giving a tithe (or 10% of your income) to the church to support its ministry (Genesis 28:20-22, Leviticus 27:30, Malachi 3:10, Matthew 23:23, 2 Corinthians 9:7, etc.) but we also believe it is between you and the Lord and we will not mandate it as “God loves a cheerful giver.” An offering is above and beyond your tithe and will go toward benevolence ministry and will be given to the Assemblies of God World Missionaries and their work around the world that True Life KMC has decided to support.

True Life KMC Church is a recognized non-profit association in Germany and registered with the government. We are supported exclusively through donations from members and friends. We receive no support from government subsidies or the “Church-Tax”, neither are membership fees collected. Donations to True Life KMC Church are used to cover things such as rent, utilities, facility upkeep and maintenance, as well as for supplies for the church and events that you attend.

In order for you to receive giving credit for U.S. tax purposes, all gifts must be made online through the Assemblies of God World Missions website. At the end of the year, your giving statement for the IRS will be issued by the General Council of the Assemblies of God.

USD Giving

For U.S. tax donation credit, we can only accept donations from the above “Tax Deductible USD Donations” link.

We recommend creating an account at the above giving website. By doing this you will have access to USD tax giving statements and the ability to modify donation amounts, payment types, and payment information.

USD cash or check can be given in the offering plate or offering box in the church hallway. Cash or check donations do not receive USD giving credit.

NOTE: We can also accept USD donations via PayPal. PayPal donations will not receive U.S. giving credit. Click the “Euro Donations” button below to give via PayPal. Choose the “Pay Friends and Family” option.

Euro Giving

Online Euro donations can be given via PayPal from the above “Euro Donations” link. Choose the “Pay Friends and Family” option. Please include your mailing address in the notes section. We need this information for your German giving statement.

Euro cash can be given in the offering plate or the offering box in the church hallway. Please complete your full name and address on the giving envelope. We need this information for your German giving statement.

All Euro cash and online PayPal donations will receive German tax donation credit. Donations can be deducted on German taxes up to 20% of the value of one’s annual income. At the beginning of each year we send out a Receipt of Giving for tax purposes for all gifts made through PayPal or bank transfers. Please notify us of your mailing address to receive your giving receipt. 

(There is no tax deductible USD giving credit for donations through PayPal.)
